If you require roadside assistance as a result of a mechanical or electrical breakdown during the vehicle’s warranty period or maintenance plan time frame, all you have to do is contact Audi ALERT via the following number to inform Audi ALERT representative on duty about the specific details of the vehicle and the situation at hand.

Audi ALERT will then contact the nearest Audi Dealer with an ORDER to assist you.
